Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in one click. Perks stay active through the end of your billing period. No penalties, no questions.
How does billing work?
Your card on file is charged automatically at the end of each period. We retry up to 3 times if a renewal fails before the membership ends.
Do I lose my points if I downgrade?
No. Your points balance carries with you across tier changes. Future earn rates change based on your current tier.
Switching between monthly and annual?
Cycle changes aren't self-serve yet. Email support@peptyxlaboratories.com and we'll switch your billing on the next renewal.
