Plain packaging
Outer packaging is unmarked. Inner documentation includes lot, COA link, and handling notes.
Storage on arrival
Lyophilised peptides are stable in transit at room temperature. On arrival, refrigerate at 2–8 °C or freeze at -20 °C for long-term storage.
International
We ship to select countries where research peptides are legally importable for laboratory use.
Shipping protection
At checkout you can add shipping protection, provided by Route. The premium is priced against your order total and shown before you pay — it is optional and can be removed. When a protected parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, the claim is filed directly with Route and resolved by them.
Orders placed without shipping protection are handled by our support team under our returns policy, at their discretion.

Transit times above are carrier days and start once the parcel is collected. Orders are picked and packed within 24 hours — same day for orders placed before the cutoff — so a 2-3 Day Priority order typically arrives 3-4 days after you order, and an Overnight order 1-2 days after.
